The 7th Annual Seroogy’s Valentine Run/Walk allows you to enjoy the season’s beauty of a “Winter Runnerland” through the well-maintained streets of De Pere. Finish with a special delight of a Seroogy’s chocolate bar and heart shaped cheese.

THE COURSE
5K - Run or walk this great scenic course. Starts off at Seroogy's Chocolates on Broadway and goes north traveling through the beautiful St. Norbert Abbey. This is a gradual uphill reaching Webster Ave and turns right headed south towards Ridgeway Boulevard. Course is then a downhill headed back to Seroogy's Chocolates.
15K - Run or walk this great scenic course. Starts off at Seroogy's Chocolates on Broadway and goes north traveling through the beautiful St. Norbert Abbey. This is a gradual uphill reaching Webster Ave and turns right headed south towards Ridgeway Boulevard. The 15K course cuts off and heads west on Ridgeway Blvd. towards East River Dr. and then through Green Isle Park and back. The final 1/2 mile of the course is downhill. Finish at Seroogy's Chocolates.

WHAT MIDWEST SPORTS EVENTS PROVIDES
Each participant will receive a long sleeve t-shirt,
Valentine waxed cheese, hot chocolate and food after the event.
We provide technically sound, safe, and exciting events for all
ages and abilities! There will also be plenty of water and
Gatorade stations along the course. Each mile on the run
courses will be marked. Courses will have highly visible signage
for each turn.
AWARDS
Awards will be given to the first overall female and male winners in both distances. Age group awards will be given to the top 3 male and female in 5 year increments: 14 and under 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80-84, 85-89, 90-94, 95 and up, and the top 3 Athena and Clydesdale.
EVENT RULES AND INFORMATION
1. We do not give refunds nor do we transfer fees from one race to another.
2. There is no time limit for the event.
3. 5K runners start after the 15K runners. It's your
responsibility to line up correctly.
4. We do not garuntee shirt size if you show up to On-Day packet
pick up and
registration less then 45 minutes before the start of the
Race.
VOLUNTEER
Get a front row seat as a volunteer! Volunteers are needed throughout the event to help with participant body marking, directing athletes on and off the course, and handing out water and food. All volunteers receive a t-shirt, food during the race and a big thank you!!!
